Velcro Range - Latest News.

  • We have in the past been able to offer a selection of themes on velcro banners that attach to some of our bouncy castles. Unfortunately this year we have been made aware that many of the owners of the copyrights to the material are now clamping down hard on the inflatable industry and handing out large fines to operators like ourselves for using there intellectual properties.     We want to be able to offer all theme that our customer request, but many of the big name licence owners (Disney, Waner Bros', Hit Entertainment, etc) are not willing to offer licening for what they see as a small industry, yet are more than happy to prosicute us for using their material. 

    Koncept Castles has written to many of these companies in the pat and been refused licencing rights as the companies are just not interested.

    With the developements that have happened in the industry recently (early 2021), we have reluctantly taken steps to withdraw any equipment we have with images of copyright material that we don't have the rights to use.
