Inflatables are available for hire 7 days a week

Hire Charges

*Daily hires charges are based on units being being delivered in our free delivery area between 9am - 11am and collected between 5pm - 6pm, Beyond 6pm the late collection/overnight charges will apply. Our standard daily rates also apply when only hiring the equipment for 2 -3 hours (i.e. having a party in a hall, etc)

10pm is the latest collection time for the late collection charge

Hall bookings

Although hire charges are based between 9am - 6pm, we can deliver and collect at any time to suit your plans. If you have a hall booked for 2 - 3 hours we can fit in with your plans and have the castles delivered and set up before the children arrive, and then collect just after they have gone home. (Please note specific times are on a first come, first served basis)

Winter season bookings

We always aim to provide our customers with the best quality equipment. For this reason we do not hire our inflatables OUTSIDE between 1st November and 31st March. We can thus ensure that all castles booked for parties indoors during this period are dry and clean every time

Hire Charges.

If you book online for an 8am delivery online, this will automatically set the booking for an 8 - 9am delivery window. If you need the bouncy castle before 9am then you must contact us in good time.

10pm is the latest collection time for the late collection charge

8.	As mentioned above. All our bouncy castle meet (and exceed) the PIPA standards. PIPA currently only covers bouncy castles, but all our other inflatables are still tested and certified by an RPII inspector to BSEN 14960-2006/2013 standards annually. This is basically the same standard, and the same inspection, so you can rest assured the equipment is safe and certified.
9.	In addition to annual testing, all our inflatables come with £5million public liability. This covers the equipment and the way it's been set up. Please be aware this does not cover the supervision of the equipment if we are not contracted to supervise it ourselves. Unfortunately no Bouncy Castle hire insurance company offer cover for third party supervision, so we will require you to sign our disclaimer on delivery for all dry hires.

Delivery Information

We deliver and setup every Bouncy Castles we hire. 
Deliveries.
Generally our first delivery slot is between 8 - 9am. In the summer months we may start deliveries from 7am, so you may be contacted to see if we can deliver earlier. We may also have several vans on the road. Our booking system allows our customers to request their bouncy castle to be delivered at specific time.  We will review the booking and do our best to book you in for that time. On some occasions we may ask if we can adjust the time to better suit our schedule for that day, but normally we can approve your request. But once we have confirmed you booking we will be there on time. 
We priorities bookings for customers who have hired a venue. This is because they will only have the space for a few hours, so we ensure they're bouncy castles are delivered on time.
Collections.
We can normally arrange collection of the bouncy castle to suit you, but on busy days we have a lot to collect. So our daily rate is up until 6pmand we normally recommend our customers to book until 6pm and we then collect in a geographical order. this allows us to collect in the fastest time possible, but on busy summer days we could still be out until 10 or 11pm. If you know you need your bouncy castle later than 6pm the we recommend booking late collection.
Double Booking.
In nearly 20 years we have never double booked a bouncy castle. We regularly get calls last minute from people who have been let down by another company who have double book them. This just can't happen with us, our system doesn't not allow us to make a double book any equipment, and one of our team manually goes through the system no less than a week before the event to schedule the deliveries a doubles check all the details. So you can rest assured you will not be disappointed on the big day.

Weather and Cancellations

What happens if its bad weather?
We offer a no fee cancellation on the day if it raining. This basically means if you call us between 1 - 2hours before you delivery time then we are happy to cancel the booking if the weather is going to affect your enjoyment of the bouncy castle.
We will never cancel a booking without our agreement and if we don't hear from you we will be there to deliver on time. 
We don't refund deposit payments but if the bouncy castle is cancelled dur to weather we don't charge the remaining balance.
WIND.
The only time we have the overriding say on whether we will setup a bouncy castle in bad weather is if we feel the wind conditions are to high. All our team have been trained to identify dangerous conditions and all our vans carry hand held wind measuring equipment. If we are concerned we will measure the wind and make recommend as required. This may result in cancelling the booking, but we will always attend and assess the site conditions first, unless you tell us you think it's too windy and chose to cancel anyway. 
Even if we attend and choose to cancel we still don't charge the remaining balance.

If you have booked a hall for your event we will always aim to arrange your delivery and collections times to suit the booking times. We also offer mobile stage hire in Hertfordshire. We can provide Didicars and inflatables at very competitive rates. You can hire an inflatable slide and a castle in north herts for less than you might think. These are all available with free delivery to Knebworth and Baldock as well as Biggleswade and Shefford.

Bouncy Castle Hire - Think Safety

Koncept Castles have a safety first approach, so we have everything in place to ensure there isn't the opportunity for an accident to happen.
This starts with having all our bouncy castles and inflatables annually inspected by an independent RPII and PIPA registered inspector. This means all equipment is the minimum requirements of the BSEN 14960-2006/2013 standards. 
We have £5M public liability insurance and all our staff a fully train by us and an independent trainer we call in every year.
We also supply a minimum of two safety mats with every hire. If fact we have a stock of over 50 mats and regularly provide more than is required for that extra piece of mind.
We can also supply fencing and cable coverings for domestic and pubic events to ensure your bouncy castle experience is the best it can be.
Having been in business for nearly 20 years we have a huge knowledge of the business and the local area, so we are happy to give advice on any aspect of the inflatable hire.

PLEASE NOTE: The first deliveries of the day are generally between 8 - 9am. Any booking made online for before 9am will automatically be given an 8 - 9am delivery window. If you require an earlier delivery than 9am, please contact us in good time.

The daily rate is up until 6pm. Any bookings made for a 6pm collection time and allowing a collection later could be collected anytime up until 9pm. Unless you are paying for a late pick up, we do not guarantee your inflatable will be left any later than 6pm.
We don't collect any inflatable later than 10pm, but some are available for overnight hire.
